Teflon Belt

PTFE mesh conveyor belt is made of fiberglass mesh or aramid(Kevlar) mesh impregnated with PTFE(Teflon). The belts combine the non-stick surface and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene and with the strength and dimensional stability of Fiberglass/Kevlar.

PTFE Solid Baskets and PTFE mesh Baskets are made from PTFE material and suitable for safe food contact. Safe for temperatures up to 550° F. They are used to transport and contain food items to and from the oven chamber.

Toaster belts are made of silicone coated woven fiberglass fabric, and special designed for toaster oven. They are suitable for both high speed and low speed toaster.
